Board-certified esthetician, permanent makeup artist, paramedical permanent makeup artist, and teeth whitening specialist with a passion for enhancing natural beauty. Graduated from Doane College in 2005 and completed the College of Hair Design Esthetic Program in 2022 and The Jhon-Jhon Institute in 2024. Holds numerous certificates and continues to pursue education in the beauty industry. Proud mother of three boys who enjoys spending time with family, friends, and cheering on the Huskers.

Born and raised in Crete, Nebraska, Ashley Stehlik has cultivated a diverse and fulfilling career path. She graduated from Doane College in 2005 with a degree in Political Science, which laid the foundation for her 17-year tenure as a Veterans Service Representative with the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, Ashley dedicated herself to supporting veterans and their families, advocating for their rights and benefits.

In 2021, driven by a passion for beauty and wellness, Ashley returned to school at the College of Hair Design to pursue her dream of becoming a licensed esthetician. She successfully graduated from the esthetic program in January 2022 and became a Board Certified Esthetician and since has earned multiple certificates in advanced training, further enhancing her skills in the field.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ashley is a devoted mother to three boys: Jackson (16), Maddox (12), and Cash (9). She shares her life with her fiancé, Ryan, and cherishes the time spent with her family and friends. A passionate Nebraska Cornhusker football fan, Ashley can often be found cheering for the Huskers on game days. With a blend of dedication to her career and a love for family and community, Ashley Stehlik embodies the spirit of resilience and commitment.

 

Cassidy Stevens
PA-C

Cassidy is a Physician Assistant who received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Hastings College. She attended PA School at the College of Saint Mary in Omaha. Cassidy joined our Westfield team in October of 2022. Cassidy is a detail-oriented provider who strives to make patients feel comfortable and cared for while they remain in our clinic. Her passion for serving others by providing high-quality healthcare lives at the heart of her practice.

 

Cathy Tran

Cathy has been an integral part of the Westfield Plastic Surgery Center team since May 2024. A proud graduate of William Carey University in Biloxi, Mississippi, Cathy brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care. With a genuine passion for the field of plastic surgery, Cathy is dedicated to ensuring each patient feels supported and achieves their desired outcomes.

 

Sandy Leonard
Office Manager

Sandy has worked in office management in various health care and dental settings for over 25-years. She keeps things in the office running smooth! Sandy is our practice manager, focusing on financial, business, and marketing affairs.

Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I’m here to welcome you to Westfield Plastic Surgery! As your front desk receptionist, my priority is to provide you with exceptional care and support throughout your journey. I’ll assist you with scheduling, pre- and post-op visits, and ensure all your questions are answered. It brings me joy to see our patients feel confident and happy with their results. Dr. Ayoub is a talented and experienced plastic surgeon, and I’m excited for you to meet him. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals!

 

Dacey Boudle

Dacey is a dedicated registered nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Saint Mary in 2020. She joined the Westfield Plastic Surgery team in June 2024, bringing with her a genuine warmth and a welcoming smile for everyone who steps through our doors. Dacey is committed to offering each client respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough care. From your first moment in the office to the time you leave, she will be by your side, ready to support you, answer your questions, and ensure you have the best experience possible.
